Play like
a caveman.

Hi friends and family, hope everyone is doing well. As a lot of you know, we do baseball camps for the underprivileged in Mexico. We have done 13 camps in the past two years, and after this round of camps, the total number will be 20.

We don’t charge the kids. We do ask for donations from sponsors. Some people donate $100. Some people donate $500. Some people donate $1,000. Some have even donated $10,000 to feed all our staff, travel, and pay some of the coaches.

It’s been a great thing we’ve been doing over there, but this year has a special meaning. As most of you know, I tragically lost my son six months to the date today—so what an appropriate time to tell you all what we have going on.

My son and I used to have a saying that I teach my students now about not overthinking things and just go and play. We came up with this saying: just go out and play like a caveman. Stop thinking and do your thing.

So in honor of that, we are dedicating this 2027 season to him, as you’ll see the Captain Caveman logo with our merchandise. Thank you all for your help with this, but not only that, thank you guys for being there for me. The last six months really have been horrible, but you guys have helped me so much.
